Flagler recruit Katie Enright leads team to state title.
TOMS RIVER, N.J. − Flagler College recruit Katie Enright (Oakland, N.J./Indian Hills HS) tossed a one-hit shutout to help lead Indian Hills High School to a 1-0 win over Overbrook High School in the NJSIAA/Star-Ledger Group 2 championship game on June 4.

Enright (31-2) only allowed a lead-off single in the first inning and recorded eight strikeouts with just one walk in the victory. She was also responsible for the game’s only run when she drew a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the seventh.

Indian Hills concluded its season with a 33-2 record and won the State title, the Bergen County championship as well as the league title.

She will attend Flagler in the fall and play softball for Head Coach Kristen Overton.
